8.0The room was clean and comfortable. The property was pet friendly. An open field right behind the property made exercising my dog convenient.. Only down side was the TV did not work.

4.0The condition of the room was not good. Shoe string hanging on the curtains where rod should be. Soda spilled in freezer, coffee left in coffee pot, room smelled bad, three roaches found, lamp shade was disgusting, trim on furniture and bed broken, shower curtain rod was zipped tied up, toilet was broken and wobbled, door to bathroom broken, just overall poor condition. We were tired and didn’t feel like changing hotels, so we made the best of it.

4.0The entire hotel needs renovation. Lobby smelled like sewage. Room was scuffed, marred on every wall. Bathroom was unusable. Front door was discolored. Carpet was damp. Place should be closed down. The only saving grace was the dirt cheap room rate, which I chose bc I only needed it for a few hours of sleep on road trip to CA.
