Unpleasant staff and shabby accommodations made for a miserable stay!
1.0The location near where we needed to be. Other than that, the experience was miserable. The exterior of the building was decent. The bed was decent, but the pillows were small and thin. For the money, nearly $200, this was really over-priced!
− Night staff at reception was inconsiderate and rude. Needlessly kept us waiting to check in and then demanded an apology for us asking to be served. The TV didn't work. The bathroom fixtures had the chrome falling off. The light fixtures were rusty and crookedly attached to the walls. The sofa bed had no sheets provided and the mattress was stained with some black substance. We didn't stay for breakfast, so no information about that.

2.0Horrifically bad! The facilities are worn out. The TV didn't work. The light fixtures in the bathroom were actually rusted. Everything is cheap. The sofa bed had no sheets and the mattress was stain with something black. To cap it all off, the night staff was rude and inconsiderate.
Affordable Price and being in close to piedmont hospital made this place the best!

− The profound Smell of cigarettes even in the non smoking rooms… clothes smelled like ash tray the rest of my trip. The parking lot is very sketchy at night! Not enough lights to cover all the way back into the woods.
