8.0This is our second time to stay, first time was 5 stars. This time was not as special, the service was very lacking especially in the dining area and unfortunately the food was not up to par. The room was very comfortable.

8.0Positives: interesting history of the property Breakfast was fabulous Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure. SP3-Negatives: light from outside “lobby area” shines directly onto the person sleeping on one side of the bed and is impossible to block out. This outside area is also a smokers hangout - was very noisy at times. Noise from other guests in the “central lobby area” echoes and is very loud. All conversations sound like they are being held inside the bedroom. Bed is VERY soft - we both had back ache after 3 nights.
