2.0The hotel insisted that I didn't have a confirmation number to stay in the hotel. The hotel asked that I pay cash. The hotel kept my money and has no record of the transaction and insists that I DID stay in the hotel room and will not refund my money. Even though I have another Expedia itinerary number confirming an additional stay, I was forced to book. I paid for a hotel room twice.

6.0Bed was comfortable, overall quiet area to get a decent night's sleep. David at the front desk was great. Hot tub did not work and water was tepid. Door to adjoining room would not lock. Everything is shabby and the overall property is not being maintained very well.

8.0It was fine, basic, nothing great and nothing bad. Little bit surprised to have a room where the smoke detector had not been replaced. It was essentially as I anticipated
