− להיכנס למלון צריך לעלות עם מעלית ללובי. ארוחת בוקר מיותרת לא שווה להוסיף. הרבה טעויות. הוזמן בבוקינג כולל ספה נפתחת אחרי התעקשות החליפו חדר לספה נפתחת. הוזמן בבוקינג כולל ארוחת בוקר אחרי התערבות של בוקינג נתנו לנו רק לזוג ארוחת בוקר הילד לא נכלל בארוחת בוקר -ממש מאכזבים. גם החדר לא היה מוכן בזמן רק אחרי 15:00 נאלצנו לחכות צוות קבלה לא מאיר פנים. לא בבקרים ולא בשלב קבלה והחזרת חדרים.

− The rooms need to be cleaned better. My 9 month old developed an extremely bad rash and we decided to check out early. Not sure if the rooms were deep cleaned enough.
Good hotel. Just watch your bill.
10.0Great location and the bed was so comfy.
− Error in my bill. They added valet parking — which I didn’t use since I didn’t have a car — for 3 days. Took 3 tries to get them to remove it from my bill. It was almost $200 extra. Glad I caught it, but their response was slow and messy.

8.0This was my second stay at the Westin Philadelphia. The hotel is lovely with very nice rooms. I was disappointed by the service and communication from the staff, but still enjoyed my stay.
