9.0Staff in the restaurant were very nice and professional as well as cleaning service.
− Check in was not pleasant unfortunately, pool was very small for this big location and not clean the hotel has a lot of potential to be great.

1.0Getting help with luggage, no help with parking. Dinner waitress very unfriendly and rude to an employee trying to help us with getting menu. He was bringing menu to us and grabbed from him and made us wait till she was ready to bring. Trash can was filthy under liner. And floors we sticky.

It was okay! It could have been so much better considering the price we paid for our stay! Quite disappointed!

− Our room air conditioning unit didn’t work properly even after the maintenance crew came out to service it! The shower hot water unit wasn’t working properly either!
