4.0I was expecting the Hyatt experience, but this hotel fell short. Check-in was easy and smooth, however, a few things to note. Breakfast didn't include potatoes, room only came with 1 bath towel, room was dirty, and the first night, the cold water line was blocked, so we bathed in scorching hot water. We reported it, and maintenance came immediately to fix the problem which I appreciated. Overall it was an okay hotel, but I probably wouldn't come back to this specific hotel. This was the worst Hyatt hotel I've stayed as, but always willing to give Hyatt another chance because of their reputation and reliability.

− The staff was extremely rude Check in was 3pm our room was not ready until 445pm Customer service was HORRIBLE Sink and tub in the room did not drain and after notifying staff they never came to check on the issue

We made it through the night but we would have changed hotel for multi night stay

− Under construction-lots of missing baseboards/pieces of wall Common area and elevator very warm - lacked cooling Marijuana smoke crept into room for about 1/2 hour Breakfast was lacking and under par from competitors
