2.0We checked in a day early because our plans changed. When we checked in, we were assured that we would be credited back for the unused night. The staff the next morning were not only unfriendly but did not honor their word. I also wonder why no one smiles in this place. No one smiles or says hello, not even the bartender. I've never seen such a miserable-appearing staff. The valet is outsourced, so don't expect help with bags. There were bellhop stands but no one available during check-in or checkout. The only thing the hotel has going for it is its location, but there are other good options, and I will never stay there again.
I was pretty disappointed with our stay. We requested several times for the AC and WIFI to be fixed in our room. Nobody

− There was no AC and no WIFI to our room. We requested several times to have maintenance come up and no one ever did. To make phone calls and send emails I had to go outside in front of the hotel to do anything.

− Our ac was broken and when we told the front desk they said they would send someone up and they never came, room was about 82 degrees and hard to get a restful sleep in.
