Overall, we love Embassy suites and would stay again.
6.0The place was PERFECTLY clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Loved that there was a smart TV. Coffee was awesome, just wish it was served all day.
− Breakfast was a disappointment because the cooks couldn’t keep up- we went at 8 and the line took 15 minutes. At 9, it was twice as long. Even though the place was clean, it was very outdated, and you could tell. Dirty pond, faded carpet, dusty trees. We found it hard to find a place to eat supper that felt safe.
Dilapidated building with friendly staff

− Hilton should be ashamed. This property is the most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel a lot for work). We had to move rooms three times — first the TVs didn’t work, second the room smelled like smoke and third we just ignored the problems. Those problems included a toilet that wasn’t secure to the floor, stains on the pull out couch mattress, a tub that didn’t drain, rotten wood near the mini fridge, and so on. The crazy part is that the hotel was full! The free breakfast is so enticing, and I assume that’s why so many people choose an Embassy Suites. But it’s not worth it! Hilton needs to renovate the property and stop taking people’s money to stay in a building that is falling a part. This review only has room to upload 4 photos, but I have so many more!

1.0I was not happy with the property at all considering when I got there they told me that my room that I rented over six months before that wasn’t available
− When I checked in, they told me that my king room wasn’t available that I reserved six months prior
