10.0Clean room. Accommodate’s to customer’s needs efficiently. Friendly staff, very polite, well mannered. Royal treatment from the Royal Inn. amazing job and Great customer care! The rooms are clean, the people who also rent rooms on the property are decent people. I was not worried about my safety. will definitely be returning to stay.

4.0The property is run down and needs updates. The towel bar was broken off the wall and had been for a long time. The room needed painting . The ice machine for the hotel was broken, although the desk clerk they did give ice from their freezer in a storage room. The "breakfast" was minimal. The bed was comfortable and it was convenient off the highway. I wouldnt return, however.

10.0We like to stay at this hotel each visit. It’s convenient to our family and it’s a park near your room style. The management and staff are glad to see us each time. It’s also a good value for the money.
