4.0The staff was kind.
− No housekeeping, we didn’t have clean towels or trash taken out for the entire stay. Hallways smelled of smoke

1.0− Room was run down and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Various stains on the carpet throughout the building. None of the exercise machines in the fitness room worked. Vending machines all empty. “Grab-n-go” breakfast consisted of nothing except barely warm stale coffee. The place looks and feels like a long neglected dump.

− My two rooms given to me were filthy I know they were under construction but the area that wasn’t was filthy I was so tried and aggravated I just left didn’t even bitch for a refund just walked out

5.0− I didn't like that we didn't have a heads up they were doing construction if I would have known I wouldn't have booked there since I brought my daughter who has cancer and didn't need to breathe that stuff in
