8.0wunderbare, ruhige Lage am Südufer der Themse. gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angeschlossen. sehr angenehme Betten und viel Ablagefläche im Bad. Hotelgäste können die kleine Fähre nach Canary Wharf gratis nutzen.

The check-in was easy and quick. The place was nice and clean.

4.0Location. It was very handy to get to the centre.
− Lack of facilities in the room. No tea or coffee. No cups or glasses, the room was dirty. Hair left in the bath mirror's not cleaned. Bedside tables very dusty. Next to no toilet roll left.

− We were supposed to have air conditioning, we did not, it was not working and they knew that we would not have it prior to arrival but yet did not inform us if that would be an issue - instead provided fans that heated up the room more than cooling it down. No tv in the room even though it was on the booking and then to top it all off, we had an army of ants in the bathroom. I contacted both the property and booking.com after about these issues and it was agreed a partial refund would be made, however almost 2 months later and multiple times communicating to them still not refund has been provided. Utterly disgraceful
