6.0Really a 3.5 (vs a 3). The staff is great, the walkability is awesome, as is parking. BUT it is one of the more dated Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at (in the rooms mostly). My biggest complaint was how the doors stuck so bad you couldn’t open or shut them easily (adjoining rooms), the bathroom did not lock, no fan in the bathroom, the sink wouldn’t drain, the bathroom smelled like sewage in both rooms when the sink was run or toilet was flushed, the black out shades didn’t really black out, the air unit was LOUD and kicked on and off every ten minutes all night long. No breakfast, if that matters to you but decent free coffee. I would refuse to stay here again if my entire party was but wouldn’t book it again myself. Again it’s an okay place but not higher end good or great. Again, staff was great. I think it just needs a little perk up!
