10.0We absolutely love this place. We stay at the Governor's Club. It is hard to beat the value and experience. The view is worth it. Walking distance to almost everything downtown. The staff, food and drinks are wonderful.
Terrific Hotel, Outstanding Service
10.0Everywhere we turned at the Madison Concourse, we experienced great service. It began with a free shuttle ride from the airport and continued throughout our stay. Everyone at this property (from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the bartenders in the Governor's Lounge) seems genuinely happy to see you. The folks who work here are proud of their city (rightfully so) and will help you plan your free time with suggestions on sites to see, walks to take, and local restaurants to enjoy. We'll definitely be back. Pro tip: book a Governor's Club room if you can. Great views and the free breakfast and cocktails in the lounge are a win.
Great hotel for campus visits!
10.0We love the Madison Concourse when we visit our daughter on campus. It's close to Langdon St (sorority houses) making it easy for us to walk back and forth. Also great location for walking to all the restaurants and farmer's market! Very clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and a Starbucks in the lobby! The staff is kind and helpful!

10.0The only place we stay in Madison!! Great location near the Capitol, the staff is great, and rooms are spacious and clean!! The Bar staff is always fun, and there’s lots to do within walking distance!!
Governor's Club - Returning Customers
10.0We have stayed in the Governor's Club several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. It's a great little getaway. The rooms are clean, the food and drinks are delicious, and the staff is always very friendly.
