− Banyo kapısı pozisyonu çok kötü, kapıyı açınca tuvalete çarpıyor yere konulan takoz tuvalete oturanın ayağına çarpıyor, terlik yok, minibar soğutmuyor, banyoda sadece 2 tane karton bardak var, fırça diş macunu gibi şeyleri tezgahın üstüne koymak zorundasınız, kahvaltı minimum düzeyde

8.0Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede locatie > alles op wandelafstand te doen Ontbijt voldoende. Prima bedden en kussens.
− De ontbijtruimte is te klein tov het hotel : mensen moesten soms in de zetels van de lounge eten. Uitzicht kamer : op de muur van een binnenkoer.

9.0La ubicación era exelente. El personal muy atento. La habitación y la cama muy cómoda
− No me gusta que para taparte tengas sólo el acolchado. Soy muy acalorada pero no daba para estar totalmente destapada. Solicité que me dejaran una sabana para poder taparme sólo con eso pero nunca llegó
