− Śniadanie było wliczone w cena, właścicielka dała nam talon do baru na 5 euro na osobę.Tylko starczyło na rogalika i kawę.Brak czajnika,szklanek.Chiciaz butelka wody by się przydała.

− *🇮🇹 Recensione in italiano* *Esperienza deludente al B&B Ragusa Ibla* La nostra permanenza al B&B Ragusa Ibla è stata purtroppo deludente. Avevamo prenotato tramite Booking, dove il sito indicava chiaramente la presenza di parcheggio, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che non era disponibile. Quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla proprietaria, ci ha risposto in modo aggressivo e minaccioso, arrivando persino a volerci cacciare. La colazione era molto scarsa: il caffè servito era fatto con la moka, il cappuccino pieno di bolle e l’acqua era in una brocca di cui non si conosceva la provenienza, spesso anche vuota. Tutto dava l’impressione di poca cura e attenzione verso l’ospite. L’unico aspetto positivo è stato il marito della proprietaria, che con gentilezza e calma ha cercato di placare la tensione e ci ha aiutato a vivere il soggiorno con un minimo di serenità. Non lo consiglierei a chi cerca un’accoglienza professionale e rilassante. --- *🇬🇧 English version* *Disappointing stay at B&B Ragusa Ibla* Our stay at B&B Ragusa Ibla was unfortunately disappointing. We booked through Booking.com, where the listing clearly stated that parking was available, but upon arrival, we found out there was none. When we brought this up with the owner, she reacted in a very aggressive and threatening manner, even trying to kick us out. Breakfast was very poor: coffee was made with a moka pot, the cappuccino was full of foam, and the water was served in a jug with no indication of its source—sometimes it was even empty. Everything felt careless and unwelcoming. The only positive aspect was the owner's husband, who kindly and calmly helped defuse the tension and made the stay somewhat bearable. I
