10.0The property was great. Excellent location. The best part was the staff. She was SO warm and welcoming. She made our experience that much better. Having wine on the rooftop was an amazing surprise. We already wish to return.

− Pillows were extremely soft and offered no real support. There was a used contact lens in the corner of the bathroom floor. Bonus is that it's round the corner from Canela
Terrible rip off policy!
2.0Terrible hotel policy. I've been waiting 5 hours for my room to be ready. It's ready but they want extra money to check in before "official" check-in time. It's blackmail, it's a rip off! I have to wait 2 more hours to avoid the blackmail. I would tell everyone to stay elsewhere.
