10.0This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit .

8.0Good stay at Mercure, easy to find and parking onsite. Main areas of the hotel were ok but room a little dated. Great location for a short walk into the city. Breakfast offering was quite basic.

8.0The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Parking is a bit pricey at €13 per night when the De Gaulle public car park 2 mins walk away is €4 for 24 hrs. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - menu du jour is good value. House wine was excellent.
Great welcome and perfect for a pre-Christmas trip
10.0The reception staff were super welcoming and friendly. The free parking under the hotel was really convenient and easy to navigate. Great breakfast buffet too. We came for Christmas markets and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and then through the historic streets to the market.
