Unfortunately this was a last resort booking due to other properties being fully booked after flights were cancelled There was a decent restaurant on the property The fried chicken wings were good The gentleman who drove us to the airport on the 7am shuttle in the shuttle said he could only drive us to some or other bridge where we would need to take a different shuttle to the airport I was travelling with my two children so I needed a direct transfer to the terminal I was ready to take an uber and when I informed him of this he said if I give him ‘something’ he would drive us directly to the terminal. I told him I didn’t have cash and he told me I could use some sort of cash transfer eft but I said I was from out of country He said it was fine that we should just climb in and he drove us directly to the airport terminal anyway so I was a bit confused I did not have the understanding the previous evening when I inquired at the hotel that the shuttle doesn’t actually take guests directory to the departure terminal

− The facilities were clean enough but it smelled old The chairs were filthy and had burnt cigarette marks It was evident from the smell that people were smoking cannabis in the hotel on the floor that I was booked on I was moved to a different floor as a result after I let the hotel know It felt quite unsafe

Staff and resturant

− The room was disappointing, pillows had cigarettes burns , size of pillows were too small , remote for TV didn't work, room need updating mo coffee maker or water.
