6.0The location is comfortable.
− The pool isn’t accessible, its very far from the rooms. The most important thing to us was the cleanliness- it was below average. The rooms were not so clean, even after room cleaning we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper and we would have to wait a lot to get them. My bed sheets was dirty and they didn’t change it until I asked so. The staff was nice when we were still visitors of the hotel, but the moment we had to check out, they became so rude and started calling us to leave the rooms without any consideration that we have a baby. The policy of the pool towels is disgusting- you can only changer them every two or three days even though they are soaked in water and chlorine. The kids club isn’t available enough.
