You can't expect someone to stay at a place under those circumstances.
1.0− After we were there about 20 minutes the power went off. It was over 100 degrees out and the rooms quickly became an oven. We told the young lady at the front desk, we were leaving. Any communication about a refund have been fruitless.

2.0No soap. No regular coffee. Took over 45 minutes to check in.
only thing available - and I considered sleeping in my car instead.
3.0there was no breakfast. just "coffee" and the coffee was rough.
− worst hotel I've stayed in domestically. I think the sheets were clean, but they were in rough shape, with cigaret burns and discoloration stains. Carpet, bathroom tile, furniture, it was all gross.
