This hotel was as perfect as a hotel can be. The snacks and breakfast in the M lounge were good, the property was clean and well kept, and the staff was welcoming, professional and kind.

The Marriott hosted a business reception for our company. The food and beverage services were excellent! We have used the Northeast location in Mason on multiple occasions, and the service is very consistent and reliable. We appreciated Werner, and the banquet team’s excellent support, he/they have provided us great service on each visit.

Home away from home

After staying at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast almost every week for the past eight years, I feel uniquely qualified to write this review. Between this hotel and my travels across the country (and occasionally internationally), I spend roughly 150–160 nights a year in Marriott properties. The vast majority of those nights have been right here—and there’s a reason for that. Simply put, this hotel gets it. The staff is exceptional. From the front desk to the bar, restaurant, housekeeping, and management, everyone consistently delivers outstanding service. The front desk team knows me by name, always greets me with a smile, and goes out of their way to make each stay as smooth as possible. Those little things matter, especially when you spend so much time away from your family. They’ve truly made this feel like a home away from home. The bar staff is equally impressive—friendly, personable, and incredibly skilled. Whether you’re grabbing dinner after a long day or just unwinding with a drink, they make every visit enjoyable. What impresses me even more is how well this hotel operates during some incredibly busy times. They host countless events throughout the year, and with one of the world’s largest tennis tournaments taking place just minutes away, the hotel is often operating at full capacity. Yet somehow they manage to keep everything running seamlessly without sacrificing service. The food is consistently good, the location is perfect, and the overall experience has remained remarkably consistent year after year. In an industry where consistency is one of the hardest things to achieve, this team has mastered it. I don’t write many reviews, but this one is well deserved. If you’re traveling to the Cincinnati/Mason area, I can recommend this hotel without hesitation. As for me, I fully expect this to remain my home away from home for the rest of my career. Thank you to the entire team for making life on the road just a little easier every single week.

Kings island stay!!

Super easy check-in and check-out right from your phone, including a mobile room key! The hotel was clean, nice, and in the perfect location for our trip. We did get a room with a not-so-great view of the roof and vents, but everything else was great. We drove everywhere, and it was only about a 5-minute drive to Kings Island. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus too!

I stay at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast frequently during my business travels. The hotel and staff are consistently courteous and go above and beyond to make sure I have a wonderful stay. One of my favorite hotels and it never disappoints!
