2.0Le service était horrible, des verres sales laissés après le ménage, les employés rentrent dans la chambre sans avertir et malgré le panneau de ne pas déranger

10.0Great staff service. Alexander in concierge clean. generous welcome of ruinart and fresh flowers. Great room. Cozy slippers. Lovely bed and whole hotel decor. Great music Saturday night. Doormen were exceptional in packing luggage in our car.
