− The staff member working in the breakfast area was inconsiderate. There was no coffee and hot food items had run out at 7. When I mentioned this, the staff member brought coffee. After waiting 10 minutes for the food items, I spoke to the staff member at the front desk and was told the employee had left, since it was the property's policy to not replenish hot food items when they run out. Also, the staff member at the front desk at check-in showed more concern with training an employee. The drain in the sink was poor and there are no available TV streaming networks

− mattress's in room 312 were clearly wore out and "sagging". They were not very comfortable

2.0Decent location, good price, person on duty was reasonably accommodating.
− First room was very dirty. Bits of food and hair in the corners and drawers. Requested move to a different room was even worse with a very stained mattress. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Used to stay here a couple times a year, but they've really gone downhill.
