Staff was great, but there’s work to do.
7.0Devin, at the front desk was the best. Very polite and had us checked in fast and he provided additional info about parking, elevators, etc. the room was clean and the daily refresh of the snack basket was a hit with everyone.
− However, there were many dirty dishes left for at least 12-24 hours in the hallways or stacked on trash cans near the elevators. Clearly housekeeping is severely understaffed, filthy hallways drops the value proposition pretty quickly.

− The balconies are way too small and the sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close.
