The maintenance is lacking and it makes it inconvenient for the customers

When we arrived the ceiling in the bathroom had fallen, it smelled like mold, the fllor had dirt all iver from the fallen ceiling i imagine. The clerk was nice and quickly changed our room, but it too smelled off. We were too exhausted to look fir another hotel that late but i was extremely disappointed

− Use a humidifier or something to filter out the air, maintain the property better.

I did not stay I booked but once at the property I couldn’t stomach the thought of spending the night.

Not as advertised

− Listed as “Deluxe” room. Poor condition. Should’ve been listed as motel, had outside doors. No breakfast service. No elevator.

Horrible property on every level

− Parking lot full of trash. Internet never functioned. All towel racks were broken. Shower head feed broken through dry wall and shower control not correct. Faucet hot and cold reversed. Hair dryer non working. Bed frame was some kind of sheet metal frame that made noise every time the mattress was touched. Horrible property.

− Checked into this place and checked right back out within an hour — that should tell you everything. The room was beyond dirty. Floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in years, with visible buildup and debris. The shower? Honestly felt like you’d want to be fully vaccinated before even thinking about stepping in. Bed sheets were clearly not changed — we found fresh lipstick stains and even peanut shells still in the bed. To top it off, we weren’t the only “guests.” Roaches were very comfortable sharing the room with us. The entire place had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it feel more like a holding cell than a hotel. There was no chance we were exposing our kids to that environment, so we left almost immediately and booked somewhere else. Do yourself a favor — look at the photos and make an informed decision. We won’t be back. They refused to refund because I was there more than 10mins....yeah took 10 mins to unpack truck. Then while organizing we just kept finding disgusting conditions. Have 46 pictures, in contact with my legal counsel and they are loving this. Also NC dept of health getting involved
