2.0Dear Hotel Buena Vista Management Team, We recently stayed at your hotel and booked three rooms in total. Unfortunately, one of the rooms — Room 327 — was located right next to the highway and was extremely noisy throughout the entire night. The noise was so severe that the four of us staying in that room were unable to sleep at all. This situation caused us significant discomfort and exhaustion, and it seriously affected our schedule the next day. Providing guests with a quiet and restful environment is a basic expectation of any hotel, but Room 327 clearly failed to meet that standard. Therefore, we are strongly requesting a full refund for Room 327 due to the unacceptable noise conditions. Please respond as soon as possible and let us know how the refund will be processed.
