Disappointing
6.0The staff was wonderful! They are honestly the only reason I gave it a decent rating. We had so many issues,but the front desk was helpful and the manager even called me and gave us a small credit.
− The hotel itself was run down, very old, elevators barely operating, our sink was clogged and we had plumbers for 2 hours, the refrigerator didn't work, the pool was ok, the steak restaurant was closed only a tiny breakfast spot was open and the food was terrible. No room service available,my phone in the room didn't work. The housekeeper came but just made the bed, didn't supply toilet paper or towels. It was disappointing, considering the price we paid and the pictures online.
