Abusing hiding charge
4.0i had some overcharge in my bank statement of September, i rent more than 12 nights. One of the charge was not included/hiding in the room price, was more than your website says, the clerk explain me was because i check out too late. That day i asked if i can leave at 12 instead of 11, had some computer work to finish, they said yes sure, but forgot to say was extra $50. ?? thats not acceptable, Nobody told me, kind of abusive for a Tuesday am.
