− The check-in was awful the staff was not friendly the lady was not accommodating said I couldn't use my card that was on file that I've used four times before I transferred the money she told me I couldn't pay for my stay that's coming up the next day for two more days I had to check out wait 5 hours and then check in again I don't know that's kind of a lot of money when you're paying $3,000 for a weekend and there's no accommodations there's no pool I won't be staying again. I then had to proceed to pay $50 to transfer the money back to my other account because I needed it instantly when I went back downstairs I was told well they'll run my original card through the night and said to me it's not my fault very rude very very very disappointed after staying here times before and it was good

Good room and beds, perfect location.
8.0Spacious rooms with good beds and a very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is in a building with character in a quiet street near downtown. We were early and the staff helped us storing our suitcases. The room was clean and spacious.
− The number of elevators was not sufficient for the building, and taking the stairs is not allowed, causing long waits. The complimentary breakfast was very minimalistic and all with disposable plates and utensils, not very attractive.
