4.0I have stayed at the hotel 4 times during visits to Tokyo over 4 years. Location excellent, amazing view, overall hotel very grand and inviting. I do notice the room (standard double) needs updating, i suspect the rest of the rooms are the same( I have stayed in 4 types). A legend hotel like this deserves an update to the rooms, add 24 hr room service and I think they will forever have my business.

10.0Hotel davvero spettacolare, elegante e di livello, con un'atmosfera unica e una posizione fantastica, soprattutto per la vista mozzafiato sulla Tokyo Tower. La camera era enorme, molto bella e confortevole, con tantissimo spazio per tutti i bagagli, comprese le valigie grandi. I letti erano comodissimi e ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la presenza della macchina Nespresso in camera, un dettaglio che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il personale è stato impeccabile, sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile. Anche la struttura in sé è incredibile, con numerosi ristoranti e servizi al suo interno che la rendono quasi un piccolo mondo da scoprire. Tutto è stato organizzato alla perfezione, compresa la gestione dei bagagli. Ci siamo fermati purtroppo soltanto una notte, ma sarebbe stato bellissimo poterci soggiornare più a lungo. Un hotel che lascia davvero il segno!
− Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, direi il bagno: rispetto al livello generale dell'hotel, così elegante, moderno e curato, l'ho trovato un po' meno attuale nello stile. Un bagno rinnovato con un design più contemporaneo sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta per una struttura già straordinaria. Per il resto, l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.
