6.0Beds and room were comfortable and clean. Pillows were a bit stiff.
− No shower grip mat which we had to ask. Shower changed from hot to cold water. The cold tap in the sink wasn't working and the top cover of tbe hot tap was broken off. Thankfully we had a kitchette where we had access cold water.as the hot water was boiling. There was a lot of construction outside the hotel which we could hear along with siren noises so windows are not noise proof like the ones in new york city hotels. A minor thing but I asked for extra milk at reception and the reception weren't helpful with this. They couldn't get the milk from housekeeping or the kitchen.
