5.0The truly wonderful, amazing, honest, and impeccable staff. I unfortunately had a run in minding my own business, had my room keys but not my id and ended up getting arrested for partaking in tobacco products outside in the designated area and ended up visity Berkeley county lock up for 2 days. However upon my release, Comfort called me to inquire if i meant to leave the items or was I retrieving them. Im holding my breath going thru it all and yall lemme tell u, everything and i do mean everything, even down to the bag of trash, was packed neatly in 2 boxes. Laptops chargers, weed lol....everything was accounted for and i am beyond thankful.
− I don't like how the hotel allows local police to harass perfectly legal and abidig guests that are causing no issue and there are no other guests around. I understand i was breaking the law, but they could have had me.Step on, it, crush it, escorting me up to my room and check my I.D they did not have to arrest me over that but it's all good.I got to ride in your back of a Berkeley County.SUV with 3 handsome cops listening to little John.East boys on my way to jail couldn't ask for a better way to go I guess.
The staff was amazing. They even provided us with complimentary waters.

10.0We like the location of the hotel and the staff at the front desk or very helpful and the fact that there were laundry services on premises for use.
− We were invested with small ants in the bathroom.
