− Bin mit einem Freund verabredet gewesen und habe im Vorfeld ein Zimmer für ihn auf meinen Namen gebucht. Per Emailkontakt gebeten, ihn trotz meiner späten Anreise bereits einchecken zu lassen. Zusage wurde gegeben. Das Zimmer war bereits bezahlt. Man hat ihn aber trotz Zusage nur sehr spät einchecken lassen und nur weil ich noch per WhatsApp an ihn eine Buchungsnummer zu geschickt habe. Das war sehr schlecht. Und - nicht mal eine Entschuldigung als ich dann abends angekommen bin.

9.0The location was great in the heart of Jakarta. It is also connected to mall with a few adjacent malls as well. Breakfast options were abundant with delicious local flavours.

Decent club lounge for the money
9.0Club lounge food was excellent. Can wear a bikini at the pool without security hassle.
