8.0The location was excellent, close to so many things! Our room was huge and roomy! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! There was an old charm about it! We had a room with two double beds on the 22nd floor! It was pretty big!

− Parte del personal no era amable, lamento pensar que era porque viajamos con un niño pequeño o porque somos latinos. Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de nuestra habitación y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesía en compensación, pero al momento de pedirlo nos dijeron que teníamos que conversarlo nuevamente con el administrador. En estos sentidos poco cálido y con mal manejo de la satisfacción del cliente, considerando el precio elevado, no volvería a alojarme ahí.
