Stay was good, we were comfortable and staff was friendly & helpful

− Inside aesthetics and decor, also some upgrades are needed as far as elevator & carpet. The elevator had to be reset a few times. Hallways were extremely hot.
LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT ELEVATOR ISSUES RUINED OUR STAY
3.0NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR OUR NEEDS.
− THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK. ALMOST EVERY TIME WE NEEDED TO GO UP TO OUR FLOOR (3RD) WE HAD TO ASK PERSON AT DESK TO FIX IT. IF WE WERE UPSTAIRS, WE HAD TO CALL DOWN AND TELL THEM TO FIX IT. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. I HAD MY PETS AND EVERYTIME I WENT TO LOBBY, THE GUY WOULD SAY YOU HAVE 2 DOGS IN ROOM. HE HAD BAD BODY ODOR ALSO. VERY LIMITED TV CHANNELS. BEDS WERE FULL BEDS, NEED AT LEAST QUEEN SIZE

7.0− The elevator kept tearing up. The staff would have to go do something and it woukd start working again
It was OK. We were tired a needed a place to stop and rest. It's definitely not the cleanest place.
4.0Front desk staff was friendly.
− There was a used, damp towel hanging on our bathroom door when we arrived and crumbs on the sink. Beds were hard and in the morning, a very musty smell blew from the air conditioner when it was on.
