10.0The hotel is clean, beautiful and in a great location. The park across the road is also lovely. The rooftop bar was a highlight of the trip, not to be missed!
− The check in was problematic. Not sure if thats booking.com or the hotel but we had prepaid and the hotel were saying we hadnt.

9.0Mainly the staff - the check-in receptionist, concierge, housekeeping.
− Rooms are a little bit tired. Renovation would be welcome.

We will be upgrading rooms on Levels 16-18 from June to August 2026, during office hours (10:00-18:00).

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs HKD 80 per hour.
