Was nice hotel very clean but some things need attention
7.0The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms could not be faulted it was excellent and the staff were all very pleasant
− There was confusion between information given by reception staff I was advised by one member that if I booked a breakfast the day before required it would be a reduced rate but when I tried to do this another member of reception staff said that it was not applicable unless taken up for entire stay and not individual days as wanted so didnt bother and went off site for breakfast. Maintenance of room equipment needs to be addressed as the fridge in room didnt work, extractor in bathroom constant and also toilet system ballcock not stopping system and was constantly trickling, spot lights beside beds didnt work. There was a coffee machine in the reception when asking if the coffee was complimentary was told that it is on arrival but no one offered us a coffee on arrival and never saw anyone else during stay with a coffee in reception

9.0Pour moi cet hôtel est parfait surtout lorsque l'on vient en voiture. Parking a l'hôtel raisonnable et on peut laisser la voiture tout le séjour étant a distance de marche (-30 min) de tous les centres intérets. Petit déjeuner parfait et personnel épatant.
