10.0Personeel zeer klantvriendelijk en attent! Ontbijt: veel keus en goede producten. Goede verzorgingsproducten en mogelijkheid voor sauna Ligging centraal en goed bereikbaar met U bahn Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Tolles Hotel für ein Berlin Trip
10.0Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Direkte U bahn Verbindung und Bus vor der Tür. Sehr fein. Frühstück sehr vielseitig und für jeden was dabei. Es geht keiner Hungerig vom Tisch. Ruhig. Fühlten uns sehr sicher.
− Vielleicht wenn es was warmes zum Abendessen im Hotel geben könnte wenn man nicht mehr raus möchte. Nur ein Gedanke. Keine Kritik.

7.0Es ist ein ganz normales Hotel - interessant ist der historische Teil, der aber für die Gäste an sich nicht nutzbar ist. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Von „Art“ kann keine Rede sein, wenn man davon ab, dass ein Druck von Baselitz im Zimmer hängt; ob dieser echt ist, weiß ich nicht. Die Bar und der Empfangsbereich im EG ist schön gestaltet. U-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel.
− Man sollte unbedingt englisch sprechen. Eine deutsche Kommunikation ist nicht möglich. Man wir auch nicht ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es keine Zimmerreinigung gibt, wenn man dies nicht ausdrücklich sagt.
