10.0We stayed at Eresin Topkapi Hotel. It was a remarkably positive experience. Good location with public transportation across the street, very nice breakfast. What impressed me most is professionalism of their front desk staff, Emre & Melisa. They were very helpful whether you needed guidance regarding exploring Istanbul or any other issue. I needed to call Turkish Airlines. They connected me using their front desk phone. Then they ensured to get an English speaking Customer Service Representative on line. I noticed an attitude of going above and beyond. It is because of their professionalism that I am rating this hotel as 10/10.

7.0The location, super close to T1 Tram.
− The sheets were dirty, we called and they didn't change. The pillows were uncomfortable we requested a change and still they brought old ones. The vibe felt old and used so it wasn't comfortable, not a good value for money, it is premium for location only. The facilities like the pool was closed during our visit.
