− Room air conditioner are very noisy. Towels weee not removed by house keeping but were not replaced.

10.0Hotel má krásné prostory, snídaně se podávala v restauraci Serafina a byla vynikající. Ze všech našich hotelů v NYC, byl tento hotel nejvíc TOP. Má skvělou polohu, v dochozí vzdálenosti jsou všechny možné památky. Morganova knihovna je prakticky ve vedlejší ulici.

7.0Posizione ottima. Colazione buona quando si ricordavano di rifornire. Camera confortevole e pulita ma anche qui mancava sempre qualcosa
− Il personale delle pulizie è molto disattento, eravamo in 6 con 3 stanze e tutte con rifornimento diverso. Avrebbero dovuto esserci accappatoi, ciabatte e acqua in tutte le stanze ma così non è stato, 2 su 3 mal rifornite x 10gg. Abbiamo chiesto la carta igienica x 2 volte perché non hanno ritenuto necessario rifornirla. Nelle pulzie troppo distratte e approssimative
