6.0It was not my first stay here. I like location and its proximity to the venue we were attended events at.
− The value and comfort for what I paid to stay there 2 nights, did not match the expense. The bed not very comfortable, the room nothing special at all for nearly $400 a night. One of the most over priced rooms I have ever stayed in.
Great for a family of 4 with kids with a helpful staff and great amenities.
9.0The staff was helpful and quick to respond. The "snack time" with free soda & popcorn was a great unique thing to see. The suite with 2 rooms was spacious and good for a family of 4 with 2 kids. They even had a fan in the room (for noise). The really thought of everything.
− It's a bit of an old hotel, so it's not flashy or impressive. The pool is kind of small, despite being both indoor and outdoor.

10.0The staff that checked me in at the front desk had me in tears. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a goody bag and a Birthday card. I was so happy.
