Worst hotel and stay ever had to book out in the middle of the night cockroach city
1.0The workmen are working on this hotel..they were banging on my door to get into my room at night to check on something..my door has no lock on the inside and I felt fearful. I went to call the front desk and the phone did not work the fire smoke detector was dismantled the elevator had no safety and could have crushed me as it would not stop closing a little boy warned me to get out of the way there was no toilet paper in the room and no cups or coffee maker and the coffee in the lobby was cold. The pool was closed as repairs. The ice machine was being repaired and soda seemed out too. All this prompted me to call the police for an escort out of the building or at least stay on the phone until I got out of there .the garbage dumpster had the names of the last owners of railroad street rooms to rent where I stayed and a letter A written on it too .like scarlet letter...the parking lot was full of utility trucks and I am not sure this hotel should even be open for business it's an accident waiting to happen. I called and told them not to charge me that night that I booked in and out but they charged my Wells Fargo card anyway. The garage outside is full of cigarette butts and the laundry is no longer available. They were setting up for something in the meeting room where the lights were on when I left and I surmise that is what all the like 100 hore d' vou plates were for ..the bathtub would not drain and the TV has limited channels the ice bucket had no liner and no cold or hot cups..I had to call the reservation asking them to have someone bring up toilet paper as I was in my night dress but they never brought it until I was about to get an option to reach the front desk ..I could not recharge my phone as I said none of the outlets worked so managed to get out of there my car was parked away from the building beside a red car who parked there later .It was horrible room 211 should be shut like the rest of the place.

comfortable room...friendly staff
10.0great staff....very friendly
− nothing
Bed was comfortable. The rest was mediocre at best.
5.0Location
− Breakfast area was dirty, utensils had caked up food from day before. Hotel room floor was very sticky.
Won’t go back for upcoming trip!
7.0Room was clean and large. Was only given 1 towel and there were 2 of us. Hair driver was all cracked and sounded like it would blow up.
− I asked if pool was open when I made reservations and told YES! It was closed for repairs.😫Breakfast was a joke! Nothing really to eat!
Below average
2.0Not much
− Old many unaddressed maintenance issues
Terrible
2.0The only thing pleasant thing about this hotel, was the mattress was comfortable.
− To begin, the ice machine wasn't working and the pool was unavailable. This should have been noted on the website when I booked the hotel. The room floor was sticky, so apparently it was not wet mopped before my arrival. There was only 1 working lightbulb (of the 3) in the bathroom. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst example of a breakfast that I've seen as a complimentary breakfast at a hotel. Only bread, and cereal and the cereal bar was dirty, with littered cereal all over the counter. The coffee dispenser was emply when I came down to breakfast, so it look some time for the staff to make more coffee. The staff at the desk was often busy on his smartphone, not attentive to the customers, or breakfast area which he was responsible for maintaining.
