8.0The room was very comfortable and the public areas of the hotel excluding the pool were really nice. They were excellent at responding to text requests. It was easy to access the city via public transportation.
− The pool really needed to be tended to more, it was dirty all around the pool (not in the pool but the areas surrounding) and there was a need for more towels. They did bring them upon request.
