1.0− It was very dirty. Stains all over the bed. Red stains on the bathroom door along with small curly hairs.
Surprised by additional fees and policies that were not on website or part of booking. Otherwise friendly staff.
2.0I liked location in relation to food and shopping. Commutes weren’t far.
− Cleanliness. While I appreciate that the bathrooms were clean, there appeared to be moldy grout. The TV stand back was crumbling apart and it was pulled away from the wall when I arrived, exposing it all rather than cleaning it up. There were stains painted over and wallpaper peeling off and a strange stain on the inside of the decor. The toilet paper holders were missing the rod to support the rolls and left on the shelf.
Not in the customer service business. Horrible hotel
1.0− Would not issue refund after safety and allergy concerns. Management hung up on me. Worst hotel experience
