Great location, weak AC in my room, good view
6.0Great location! Very close down town. Bed was comfy, nice view from my windows
− My AC was berly working!!!! I set up to 65 and room was hot. Took hours to cool off. Outside was a bit dirty..needed swip and mop. Stairway was full of dead bugs

− The remote for TV had a missing back and no batteries. I went to the front desk and they supplied both.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
1.0that the room had a working a/c
− the bedding was dirty as in stained and had burn marks from cigarettes, the phone didn't work, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. There was trash stashed behind furniture. We had people trying to break into our room in the middle of the night. hated this hotel and wanted a full refund and booking.com hasn't been able to help me.

10.0My wife and I were in town for one night for a concert in Eustis, the property was well maintained the staff was amazing, the rooms are dated but for the price it exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were really happy the pool was open late so we were able to enjoy a dip in the pool after the concert. And the water view from the room was amazing. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
