2.0Chose this place because we were attending an event at The Wiltern and it’s about a block away so that’s a plus, but that was about it. When we walked up to our non-smoking room it stunk like cigarette smoke before we even opened the door. We asked to switch, and they did switch us but said they couldn’t promise the new room would be any better. Luckily the new room didn’t smell like smoke. We left our bags and went straight to our event. When we came back a cockroach greeted us at the door. My husband then saw something moving around in the bed, upon closer look it was a bed bug. We decided to check out and find somewhere else to sleep.
