− Parking is limited. I almost wasn't able to park because some buses took up large sections of the parking spaces.

Will never stay here or recommend this hotel.
1.0− The exterior was in very poor repair; several windows and screens were broken, the landscaping was full of debris and trash. The bushes and grass were overgrown and unkept. The parking lot was poorly lit and at the very back of the building. There were several people loitering around the back entrance, which was also poorly lit. When entering the front lobby there was an unpleasant odor present. After check in and then driving around back seeing the conditions I didn’t even enter. It felt very unsafe.
Would not stay here again. Fans were running in hallways each floor. Mold visible in 1st room.
1.0Manager got us a different room upon request but 2nd room wasnt much better
