7.0The hotel was nice. It was located near lots of food places within walking distance. The breakfast hostess, Mrs. Bee, was the best. She was very friendly and warm.
− The front desk staff was very scarce, barely saw anyone for assistance.

− No handwash, shower gel, dirty room which was smelling bad. Overall very bad experience

− Breakfast staff was rude and not at all cordial. I had an early morning meeting off site. I returned at 9:35 and was going to grab breakfast and the kitchen lady told me that it was closed even though there was people eating and food was still out. This is the second stat where the kitchen staff was rude. I did not get my breakfast therefore I did not get the value that I paid for my staff. Truly disappointing. Also tub would not drain. I only needed one shower so I did not complain.

− The customer service was horrible . We stayed there a week a never cleaned the room ! Had to put the garbage can outside ! Bad mgt, an it shows with there employees!

− Floors nasty breakfast was horrible room had stains on carpet and staff was always arguing never cleaned room or gave us towels as they were by the door no camera. people dont stay there were swimming there I would never stay there again and pics u see online are not the pics u see on website half the sockets to charge phones dont work
