− Ikke frokost, som var ett av hovedkriteriet for valg av hotell, forferdelig inngangsparti uten så mye som en stol eller et bord. Dette skyldes renovering, men resepsjonen var helt forferdelig. Burde opplyse om at det ikke var frokost grunnet oppussing. Hadde ikke valgt dette hotellet da.
Zulange das Hotel noch Baustelle ist es weniger zu Empfehlen, nachdem bestimmt wieder .
4.0− Hotel eine reiste Baustelle , die ganze Nacht Krach auf dem Gang , durchgängig wurde an der Tür geklopft , Kabel hängen überall von der Decke, wohnen auf der Baustelle für 100 Euro ;)

− Their was major building going on for the 5 days that I stayed there . The breakfast that was included in the price was unavailable due to the work being done.

4.0No aircon. It's under construction. It's worth 39 euro per night. Surprisingly they charge 90 euro and booking.com don't even verify and dont inform customers. Feel even not to trust booking.com any more. I feel like I was robbed

1.0nothing went well hotel is under renovation no aircondition working and hotel no possible to stay i paid and they did not refund my amount although the receprion confirm the hotel is in very bad shape i have been staying in this place for more than 20 years during my stay in frankfurt
